The client, previously occupying two floors wished to expand into the adjacent floor when it became vacant. The design, carried out by Paul Beardmore of Edit Design focused on complete transformation whilst preserving the client's original accents and features, using innovative solutions to seamlessly blend the new space with the existing offices. The project included new flooring, the installation of solid and glass partitions, new teapoints, and comprehensive redecoration, including the addition of elegant fluted glass features. Lomax oversaw the entire construction process, from project asset management and procurement to on-site execution. Collaborate provided all new furniture, bringing the client's vision to life and creating a functional and inspiring workspace.
